A fast-paced multiplayer survival mode. Hide, barricade yourself, or hunt down the survivors!
Infection is one of the most adrenaline-pumping modes in the game. Every match starts with players scrambling to find a hiding spot or build a barricade. When the timer hits zero, a random player turns into Patient Zero (The First Zombie). Your goal? Survive the time limit, or infect everyone.
Unlike regular survival, Infection relies heavily on movement and quick reflexes. Keep these tips in mind to dominate the lobby:
Everything you need to know about surviving the zombie apocalypse in your browser.
If you are a Human, you win by surviving until the round timer reaches zero without getting touched by a zombie. If you are a Zombie, your team wins by infecting every single human on the map before time runs out.
When the preparation timer ends, the game randomly selects one or more players to become the initial infected (Patient Zero). There is no way to force the game to pick you; it is completely random every round.
You can deal damage and knock them back, but zombies will instantly respawn. The goal for humans is not to eliminate the zombie team (which is impossible), but to survive the timer by keeping them away.
Zombies are given a distinct color or visual effect (often glowing green or red) so humans can easily identify who is infected and who is safe to stand near.
No. Zombies cannot place blocks to build bridges or stairs. However, they can break the barricade blocks that humans have placed to defend themselves.
